ConnectorRegistryImpl	Default implementation of the ConnectorRegistry which keeps a list of outgoing connectors and is capable of pinging them.
TopologyConnectorClient	A topology connector client is used for sending (pinging) a remote topology connector servlet and exchanging announcements with it
